|The Safety Codes Council’s move to a new online client relationship management system is nearly complete. Council Connect is set to launch on October 22. Here are some important details you need to know.
- As of October 22, applications and payments for accreditation, training, and certification will be completed online through Council Connect.
- Between October 10 and October 21 we will be unable to process any applications or renewals. During this time we will be migrating data to the new system. If you are required to renew your certification or to submit an application during this time, please ensure you do it before the blackout period. The Council will be contacting individuals who are directly affected.
- Once the system is launched, you will be able to access your account using your primary email address we have on file. Please contact us at 1-888-413-0099 or by email at email@example.com to ensure we are using your primary email address.
- More details regarding login and system support will be sent out in the coming weeks.
You will be offered support during and after the transition to Council Connect. The Council is currently offering a series of in-person and webinar system demos. You can view the full schedule of demo sessions on our website by clicking here. A library of easy to follow self-help resources, including step-by-step instructions and videos, will also be accessible in the Help Menu of the new system.
