Please let those who are advertising know that we will cover information of value to Building and Fire Inspectors and Fire Investigators, based on the new Phil Ackland's Commercial Kitchen Fire Manual. The course will be a review of the new manual.

It's not just for Fire Inspectors, there will be something for everyone, but we will not be able to get really deep on any subject. However, we will focus on proper installation and servicing, and informally try to cover things the majority are looking for.

Also they will have to bring their laptop, as I seriously doubt we will have paper copies of the book. It is brand new and presently coming in at over 500 pages! So we will have DVD's (CD's) to distribute.
